Welcome luncheon for new chief of New York Police Department

Ambassador Zhang Qiyue (center), Chinese consul general of New York attends the welcome luncheon for the new chief of the City of New York Police Department James P. O'Neill hosted by America China Public Affairs Institute (ACPAI) at The Yale Club in New York on Wednesday.
