The Grange Grill tomahawk steak has been one of their signature dishes since its launch in 2008. It has also become one of the favorite choices for steak lovers.

What is a tomahawk steak you may ask? Named as such because it resembles the tomahawk axe used by Native Americans, the tomahawk steak is an on-the-bone rib steak, cut from the fore-rib with the entire 30 centimeter rib bone still attached.

French-trimmed with a striking presentation, the long bone provides a unique dinner table discussion point.

The Grange Grill on-the-bone rib steak has a good amount of marbling. During the cooking, aromas are released from both the huge bone and fat, adding a load of succulent flavor.
