The atmosphere at Bistrot B is warm and relaxed with an open-island kitchen that features a wood-fired oven, a grill and a large wok. On Christmas Eve, chef Jarrod Verbiak of Bistrot B will present a contemporary French menu, with six courses of classic bistro dishes and desserts at 1,580 yuan ($ 240) per person. His Christmas Day menu will feature foie gras, langoustine, Australian veal and chocolate mousse, giving guests a French flavor for the holiday.
