Complex of tombs of Song Dynasty unearthed in SW China

The photo taken on December 21, 2017 shows a bronze mirror and potteries unearthed from ancient tombs in Qingshen county of Southwest China’s Sichuan province. A complex of nine tombs was discovered at a construction site in Honghua village of the county on December 1, and archaeologists concluded that the tombs' owners were a family dating back from the Song Dynasty (960-1127). Relics unearthed will have huge value for research into local history and folklore traditions. [Photo/China News Service]
