Daredevil skills necessary to harvest cliff honey

From December to May next year, Rui and Guan will drive their van to find a secret and precious food ingredient - cliff honey - in the mountains of Southwest China's Yunnan province. Cliff honey is produced by black giant bees, also called Himalayan honey bees, and cannot be artificially raised and gathered. Himalayan honey bees are only found in Nepal, Southwest China's Tibet autonomous region and Yunnan province, and they make nests on desolate cliffs.
