Xi announces opening of Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge

ZHUHAI – President Xi Jinping announced the opening of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge at an opening ceremony in the city of Zhuhai, Guangdong Province, on Tuesday morning.

The opening ceremony, presided over by He Lifeng, head of the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC), was jointly organized by the NDRC, the Ministry of Transport, the Hong Kong and Macao Affairs Office of the State Council, the Hong Kong and Macao special administrative regions and Guangdong provincial governments.
