Tax policy to be fine-tuned

China will improve tax policies related to the real estate industry this year, the National Development and Reform Commission said in a statement on its website on Thursday.
The country will also consider imposing a consumption tax on some goods that use a large amount of resources or heavily pollute the environment, the statement said.
