Farmer couple finds wealth in raising peacocks

A peacock family farm, home to more than 400 birds, attracted many visitors to Zhoumen village, Lanxi city, East China's Zhejiang province. Zhang Yuwei's husband, Wang Honggen who is responsible for sales and marketing said after years of exploration, their peacocks have been sold all over the country with an annual sales revenue of 200,000 yuan ($30,700). Meanwhile, he plans to set up a cooperative to help other villagers make money by raising peacocks.
