More migrant workers want to return to their rural hometown to start business with their family as the government has promised supporting policies, including tax breaks, reduction in administration fees and subsidized business loans.
Zhang Qingfeng used to work in Zhongshan city, Guangdong province, and saw his family only during Spring Festival.
Now the situation is changed. He is no long a migrant worker who looks for job in other places. Relying on his years of experience, he now runs his own business with his elder brother in their hometown in Zhangzhuang village in Hebei province.
