Chinese air force evacuates 751 from Libya

BEIJING- Chinese air force transporters the have flown 751 evacuees from Libya to Khartoum, Sudan, arriving there early Wednesday morning, according to the information office of the Chinese Ministry of National Defense.

The evacuees included 511 Chinese nationals and 240 foreigners, and they were flown to Sudan in three Il-76 MD transport aircraft, said the source.

Transport back to China will be arranged for the evacuated Chinese nationals, according to the source.
