Wind turbines and solar panels near Dafeng Harbor in East China’s Jiangsu province on August 1, 2011. The base is China's biggest wind-light power plant, equipped with 174 wind turbines and 480,000 solar panels, which had generated 784 million kWh of power as of this July.
