Rural students get free lunch in NW province

Students get a free lunch at a primary school in Haiyuan county, Northwest China's Ningxia Hui autonomous region, Aug 30, 2011. About 20,000 students in Ningxia have been getting free lunch since Tuesday after the province began an assistance program covering nine counties for students in rural mountainous areas.
