Two confirmed dead in winery fire in Xinjiang

URUMQI - Two people have died in a winery fire in Wushi county in northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region.
Around 6:30 pm Friday, two wine tanks of the state-owned Mount Tomur Winery, belonging to the Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, caught fire and exploded nearby Wushi county, said fire brigade rescuers.
Firefighters rushed to extinguish the fire, which was still ablaze as of 8:00 p.m..
It is unknown if there are any other casualties. The cause of the incident is under investigation.
