NE China restaurant blast suspected as man-made

The incident happened at 9:34 am at a Dicos restaurant in Anda City under Suihua City. Two policemen were slightly injured by the blast.
Sheng Wei, head of the public security bureau of Suihua City, said, around 9:30 am, police in Anda City received an anonymous phone call claiming that there would be an explosion within about five minutes in the restaurant.
Police rushed to the scene to evacuate people. The explosion occurred during the evacuation and the two policemen were injured, Sheng said.
The incident is under investigation.
