The second snow fall of winter sent temperatures in the capital tumbling into negative territory. The downtown area of the city, where much historic scenery and architecture is found, looks beautiful when covered by snow. Old locals were filled with feelings of nostalgia while new Beijingers could only imagine how the city looked decades ago.
