Pink landscape in Shanghai invites visitors

Visitors take photos among the pink plumes in Shanghai's Jinshan district on Oct 14, 2015. The landscape, filled with 1.87 hectares of muhlenbergia capillaris, commonly known as the hairawn muhly, recently has become a hit on social media. The plant's blooming season lasts from mid-September to mid-November, and it has become a new favorite in the urban landscape for the pink, feathery look of its flowers. [Photo/IC]
