ATHENS, Greece - Authorities in Greece say they have arrested an 18-year-old Greek man accused of hacking into US government websites and the international crime fighting agency Interpol, as well as participating in credit card fraud.
Police officials said Wednesday that the man was located after a two-year effort assisted by authorities in France and the United States.
Following a raid in greater Athens, police seized computers and related equipment as well as flares, shotgun cartridges and a homemade incendiary device.
The suspect, who was not further identified, was arrested on charges of computer fraud, forgery, illegal violation of privacy, and illegal weapons possession.
