An artist has tried to communicate invisible forces, including sound and his own feelings through light painting.
Patrick Rochon, from Montreal, explains: "I've been fascinated by what we can't see. Like the shape of sounds, energy, vibrations, feelings. Light is invisible until it touches something. Vibrations made by our voices have the most intricate shapes as we can see with cymatics (study of visible sound and vibration)."
The results are stunning visions of light created by the use of long-exposure photography and the movement of Liteblades - illuminated sticks designed to make amazing and beautiful light trails.
