There was a time when a woman's bump was kept well and truly under wraps until the emergence of Demi Moore's controversial pregnancy shoot on the front cover of Vanity Fair back in 1991. Leading the way for mothers to proudly show off their expanding bellies, expectant mums-to-be were soon wearing their bumps with pride. Today a pregnancy shoot is a fairly common way for couples to keep the memory of pregnancy in all its glory very much alive.
"After doing some research on safety and pregnancy, I realized that being in the water was not only safe when done right, but recommended for pregnant women as it is s great way to relieve stress off their backs and joints, said Opris.
