Dr Joseph Wong (center), founder and chair of Yee Hong Community Wellness Foundation, joins Ed Legzdins (to Wong’s left), senior vice-president at BMO, at a press conference announcing 26th Dragon Ball on Tuesday in Toronto. The Dragon Ball will be held on Feb 21, 2015 at the Allstream Centre, Exhibition Place.
