Chinese Deputy Consul General Zhang Chuanbin speaks at a press conference for the 2015 Chinese Panda Cup Video Competition on Tuesday in Toronto. With the theme of China and Me, the competition is co-hosted by the consulate-general and Chinese Culture and Education Society of Canada and kicked off on May 5 and will wrap up in August.
