US Congressman Ted Lieu from California speaks at a reception ahead of the screening of the documentary Survival in Shanghai on Tuesday evening at the Capitol Hill. The documentary, produced by the Shanghai Media Group, tells the story of Shanghai being the haven of more than 20,000 Jewish refugees fl eeing Nazi persecution during World War II.
