Ambassador Christopher Stevens and three other Americans died last week in an attack on their consulate in the Libyan city of Benghazi. Stevens reportedly died from suffocation after protesters set fire to the building during protests over an apparantly US-made movie, "The Innocence of Muslims", that negatively portrays the prophet Mohammed. Later, anti-US protests spread from the Middle East to other Muslim-majority countries including in Asia.
