The licensed merchandise for the Rio Olympics has become popular in the countdown to the games, which will open in the Brazilian capital on August 6, 2016.

A store, located in People's Square in Shanghai, has secured orders from many businesses, tourists and collectors. The store obtained authorization from the Chinese Olympic Committee to sell licensed products for the games.

Products sold in the store include Rio Olympics mascot Vinicius, emblems, key chains, mobile phone chains and porcelain tea sets, many of which were made in China.
