MixxThe 27th Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival opened at the Harbin Ice and Snow World in Harbin, capital of Northeast China's Heilongjiang province, Jan 5, 2011. The festival will last for three months. Thousands of tourists visited the Ice and Snow World on Wednesday.
