Students at Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology in Nanjing, Jiangsu province turned on the dorm lights writing out the numbers 12 and 13 to mourn the victims of the Nanjing Massacre on Dec 5, CFP reported.
In February of this year, China's top legislature designated Dec 13 as the National Memorial Day for the Nanjing Massacre victims and all of those killed by Japanese invaders.
