Cooks prepare local specialties for the Feast of "eight bowls" at a local event in Luanchuan, Luoyang city, Henan province on May 23. Some 150 cooks spent a whole day preparing the dishes with ingredients that included 1.2 tons of tofu, 1 ton of pork, 1.2 tons of cabbage, 1 ton of ribs, 1.75 tons of bean sprouts, 1.2 tons of carrots, 500kg of radish and 600 kg of fried bean curd carried in by four trucks.
