Largest water amusement park in NW China

Editor's note: The Fangzhou Water Amusement Park, located in an industrial area in Minle County, Gansu Province, is expected to open to the public in early July. With an investment of 480 million yuan (about $72.95 million), it will provide tourists with more than 20 kinds of sports facilities, including aquatic amusement, swimming, fitness, golf practice and leisure complexes. With the completion of the project, it will become the largest indoor water amusement park in the Northwest China. It is estimated that more than 500,000 tourists will be attracted here each year from local and neighboring provinces.
