Sichuan Spicy Scallops

Ingredients: Scallops 4

Spicy sauce 40g

Peanuts 16g

Sesame 16g

Chopped green onion 8g

celery cress 15g

Steps: 1.Steam the scallops and shock them in ice water.

2.Cut through the center of the scallop.

3.Lay some lettuce on the plate, place the scallops on top, drizzle with spicy sauce, and add crushed peanuts and sesame and chopped green onion on top.

4.Decorate with coriander, and place some ? in the middle to finish.
