Diplomat addresses world energy outlook

Richard Jones, International Energy Agency deputy executive director and a former US ambassador to four countries, speaks at the center for strategic and International Studies in Washington about the IEA's new report, Energy Technology Perspectives 2012. It describes how new technologies, including electric vehicles and "smart" grids, can help mitigate effects of climate change and enhance energy security.
