Consulate general's WeChat works well - New York

Zhang Meifang (center), deputy consul general of the Chinese Consulate General in New York, briefs media on the operation of the offi ce's WeChat account on Wednesday. Since its creation on Feb 11, the account has accumulated more than 20,000 followers and provided one-onone consultations to more than 3,000 people via a mutual Q&A system.
