China's 'most expensive micro blog'

A woman was charged 3,900 yuan by China Unicom for tweeting via her smart phone from Moscow last December, and it was called the "most expensive micro blog ever."

Later, the telecommunication company explained that the increase in fees was due to the different charges for using the phone's Web service outside China.

The company also admitted that they failed to alert the user about the higher roaming charges and said it is willing to improve their service.
