Man in his late 20s continues growing taller

Although a 29-year-old man in Chongqing municipality is already 2.24 meters tall, which is two centimeters shorter than the famous Chinese basketball player Yao Ming, he is still growing.

Wang Qiang's father is 1.73 meters tall, and his mother is 1.52 meters tall. Wang Qiang became blind in his left eye when he was 17 following a surgery. He grew to 1.95 meters three years later.

Wang has ten broken toes because his shoes are always too small for him. He has seldom left his home during the past nine years and suffers from muscle atrophy in his legs.

The man said he is not afraid of death but wants to make friends with people who suffer from the same ailment to learn why he keeps growing taller.
