The report uses three major indicators, including "intelligent travel", "smart transportation" and "government affairs influence", and 27 classification indicators to measure 62 cities' levels of "Internet plus transportation" around the country.
"Intelligent travel" is represented by mobile phone maps, navigation and online ride-hailing services; "smart transportation" includes the openness, convergence and innovation of transportation big data and "government affairs influence" focuses on the influences of transportation websites and social media accounts.
