[ SAN FRANCISCO: The US-China co-production film Snow Flower and the Secret Fan won a Golden Angel Award and was selected to be the opening film at the 2011 Chinese American Film Festival (CAFF) on Oct 27. More than 80 Chinese, American and co-production films will be screened in 23 locations throughout Southern California and in the San Francisco Bay Area from late October to late November.
