Recipe | Garlic mushroom noodles
Ingredients (serves 2):
2 packets instant noodles
200 g mushrooms of your choice, finely sliced
4 garlic cloves, skinned and minced
1 red chili, optional
Method:
1. Boil the water and prepare the noodles according to packet instructions.
2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan and fry the garlic until they start to color, about a minute.
3. Add the sliced mushrooms and turn up the heat. Stir-fry and toss to mix.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste.
5. Divide the noodles into two bowls and add the mushroom topping. Cut the red chili over the noodles, if you are using it.
