Ai Fruit makes Qingming Festival delicious

A street vendor on Yincheng street, Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepares Ai Fruit to sale on March 27.2013. As Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) approaches, the residents of Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepares Ai Fruit that they will eat during the Qingming Festival. Ai Fruit has a sweet and salty taste, which is also called Sweet Green Rice Ball, Qingming Fruit. It is made from glutinous rice stuffed with Ai grass or gnaphalium affine.
