For the Dragon Boat Festival on June 12, Ritz-Carlton Beijing has crafted a variety of glutinous rice dumplings with traditional and authentic recipes. The selection includes rice dumplings with fillings of scallops, mixed grains, red beans, spicy meat in XO sauce. Rice dumpling hampers are also available for 218 yuan ($36). - Ye Jun
