Refreshing Nordic tea set

From July 1, the signature FINDS Nordic Afternoon Tea Set gets a new summer look with items including the molecular martini pearl, champagne jelly filled with fresh berries and fruits, rhubarb-lemon custard mini tarts, passion fruit macaroons, tomato and avocado in polenta rolls, and profiteroles stuffed with shrimps. The tea set is priced at HK$288 ($37) for two including beverages and is served daily between 3 and 5:30 pm.
