On July 5, trainees of the Inter Continental Hotels Group completed their first training course with the IHG Culinary Academy Program (Central North China) at the Nestlé Research & Development center in Shanghai.

The program aims at improving trainees’ menu development skills, core cooking techniques, as well as improving holistic quality management in the F&B department of IHG hotels.
