WASHINGTON - US State Secretary Hillary Clinton on Monday condemned the "terrorist attack" at Moscow's Domodedovo airport which killed at least 35 people, said a State Department statement.

"I join President Obama in strongly condemning today's terrorist attack at Moscow's Domodedovo Airport. We stand with the people of Russia in this moment of sorrow and we offer our deepest sympathy to the families and loved ones of those injured and killed," said Clinton.

She said the United States condemns "terrorism and all forms of violence against the innocent," vowing to support the Russian government's effort to bring the perpetrators to justice.

Moscow saw its second suicide attack within less than 12 months, as at least 35 people were killed and some 170 injured in an apparent suicide attack at the Domodedovo airport on Monday.

Earlier in the day, US President Barack Obama had denounced the attack as an "outrageous act of terrorism against the Russian people."
