One month after they got together, Yao gave Zhuang a romantic surprise. He bought a star projector that can project the whole galaxy on the ceiling and showed her the starry sky in a teacher's office.

"The room was dark with only the ceiling looking like the starry sky over our heads. He pointed out the 12 horoscopes to me," she says.

That romantic moment was honored at their wedding, with the stage at their reception venue lit up like the night sky with bright stars, the brightest one being a diamond ring.

Yao says he is not an emotional guy, but every day he feels happy to have Zhuang by his side.

"This cycling proposal might be the craziest thing I've ever done. Everything is worth it when I saw her say yes at the finishing point. I love her and wish us an eternal happiness," Yao says.
