ODE TO PEACE

Zhang Jian (standing), co-chair of the music and dance epic Ode to Peace, pays tribute to the heroes of the Anti-Japanese War at a press conference organized by the Canada Confederation of Fujian Association and Dreamland Performing Arts Centre on April 7 in Toronto. In commemoration of the 70th anniversary of the end of World War II, a series of commemorative activities, including a large-scale performance of Ode to Peace, will be held at the Living Arts Centre of Mississauga on Jun 27.
