In the years following, she has performed extensively with prestigious orchestras such as the Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, NHK Symphony Orchestra and RAI National Symphony Orchestra of Italy, winning plaudits from critics. She also hosts a radio program in Japan, talking about music and history with different guests.

For her upcoming Beijing concert, Homage to Rodrigo, Saito will interpret Concierto de Aranjuez, a well-known composition for classical guitar and orchestra by the Spanish composer Joaqun Rodrigo.

Chinese clavichordist Shen Fanxiu and violinist Gao Sen and Zhang Jingzhi will share the stage as guest players.
