The China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing predicted that the logistics sector will experience a slowdown in the next six months, despite modest half-year growth.
The total value of China's logistics operations reached 93 trillion yuan ($15.21 trillion) in the first half of this year, about a 9 percent increase on the same period last year.
But the growth rate was actually 0.9 percentage points slower than the same period last year and 0.3 percentage points slower compared to the first quarter, according to the latest report released by CFLP.
CFLP said a series of underlying problems that have long been neglected will emerge in the second half.
