When Hua Yunqing, posed for a photo with his one-year-old daughter 35 years ago at Taying Lake, he didn't plan to make it a tradition. But that's what it became.
For the following 35 years, Hua and his daughter Huahua would take the same shot besides the same lake in Zhenjiang, Jiangsu province every year, with only one break in 1998, when the girl went abroad.
Now Hua is in his 60s and his daughter has become a mother of two. The photos were posted online recently, leaving many netizens lamenting the fleeting nature of time.
