The amount that Chen Zhubing, former head of the general division of the Ministry of Finance's enterprise department, has allegedly received in bribes. Beijing Times reported on Monday that Chen is still standing trial at an intermediate court, which has yet to issue a ruling. Enterprises usually had to pay officials 20 percent of the project capital in kickbacks to secure financial input from the ministry, according to the newspaper.
