Air pollution supervisors

Hebei province has hired 10,292 residents as air pollution supervisors in its latest effort to return to blue skies. The supervisors, consisting of legislators, political advisers, college students and citizens, are obliged to report pollution and supervise the law enforcement of environmental protection staff members during their one-year tenure.
