Shunfeng, a high-end Cantonese restaurant chain in Beijing, has organized a Cantonese food cultural festival. During the festival, which kicked off in end-April, the restaurant is offering a 12 percent discount on 10 popular Cantonese dishes and 20 classic dishes. It has also introduced yamcha, a Cantonese-style meal, which combines tea drinking with dim sum and light dishes. The festival is part of the restaurant's effort in trying to cater to a lower spending market, as a way to fight against a recent slide down in business among high-end restaurants. - Ye Jun
