A parade of 26 teams and 15 floats create a carnival-style atmosphere for the 9th China International Cartoon and Animation Festival in Hangzhou, East China’s Zhejiang province, April 28, 2013.

The 9th CICAF is held at the White Horse Lake Animation Plaza, Binjiang District, Hangzhou, from April 26th to May 1st, 2013. The CICAF has been successfully held for 8 consecutive years. The past 8 years saw a substantial growth not only in the scale but also in the reputation of it. CICAF is now one of the world’s most influential and most participated festivals of its kind.
